ü Must possess a minimum of a BS degree in CS or EE; MBA, MS, or other graduate degree preferred from a reputable university.
ü Excellent English both written and spoken with strong commercial background, negotiation, and communication skills.
ü Between 8 – 12 years of experience in sales related job career, with the recent 5 years in account accountability in the mobile, handset manufacturing, and embedded industries.
ü Solid knowledge of wireless, flash and memory, and the embedded markets industry highly preferred.
ü Strong team orientation with a good track record of growing businesses at a relatively high speed and managing and building key customer relationships.
ü Ability to work and build strong relationships with mid-level management and peers across diverse cultures and functions.
ü Should competitive, goal-oriented and being able to manage priorities to ensure that the sales team is motivated at all times and its sales targets are constantly achieved.
ü Outstanding communication, presentation and interpersonal skills in both English and Korean.
ü Strong customer orientation and relationship with LG/Samsung and other customers.
ü Must have the ability to leading Mobility account team and develop customer relationships at the manager level by understanding the key business initiatives and be able to deliver a relevant value proposition for company's advanced and cutting-edge flash technology
