Program Manager (Client Service)


  • Manage the SSD projects with Samsung & LG
  • Prime all project & qual related activities in Korea – Customer's PoC in between Sales, FAEs & Eng teams in Korea


  • minimum of 3 years of SSD/storage experience that includes a working closely with tier 2 and tier 3 original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to drive revenue in major industry segments.
  • human relationship skill in order to drive internal teams within the organization to ensure customer's need fulfillment & satisfaction (Operation, Engineering, Quality, etc.)
  • Ability to review all products related activities, analyze the customer's impact and drive for change - Actively participate in the product roadmap process, understand and communicate the impact on customers of scheduled new product, feature and enhancement releases.
  • working in dynamic environment - The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment. Self-motivated and self-directed, however, must have demonstrated ability to work well with people.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.


  • Bidirectional PoC and leading all customer related activities during entire product lifecycle
  • Execute programs according to customers’ specific methodologies
  • Manage the customization, qualification stage, production ramp-up, technology transition & crises Mngt
