IT Specialist


Job Description

*       Provide maintenance and support for local and global IT solutions(Security system, PABX and Win/Linux Server admin, Storage, Active Directory) and regular report to manager

*       Preparation and execution of IT activates independently and conductvarious compatibility test as well as end user training

*       Adhere to relevant policies, procedures and standards in order to achieve quality and compliance of solution and services

*       General IT operational tasks(inventory, purchasing, IT ticket handling, h/w & s/w troubleshooting, documentation, OS installation, H/W Move, Add, Install, and Change)

*       Regular or ad-hoc Tele/video conference meeting

*       As a 2nd tier IT support and cooperation with global helpdesk and regional IT function



*       University degree in computer engineering/science or information system

*       Minimum 2 yrs of relevant experience but have experience in multinational company as end user & client support(at least 2 yrs)

*       Fluent in English/Korean

*       Overall IT knowledge on system and OS such as Active Directory, Win

Server, Win 7and NetApp storage)

*       Good at MS office(Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, word)

*       Overall IT infrastructure Knowledge(network, switch, VPN, Voice&

video system)

*       Various software support experience(SAP, Remedy, and 2010)

*       Ability to communicate with all level users

*       Strong interpersonal Skill

*       MCSE, CCNA and ITIL preferred
