Responsibilities

- Reporting to the APAC Human Resources Manager,
provide strategic HR
consulting and guidance to a specified client group to support achievement of
business goals and objectives (in such areas as management coaching; change
management; performance management; workforce planning; training and
development; and employee communications).
- Key responsibilities
will include: providing guidance and recommendations on human resources issues
to support business initiatives (i.e. staffing, performance management,
organizational design, terminations, compensation, training), and ensuring
compliance with relevant employment legislation and corporate policies and
procedures.
- Develop and implement HR programs and policies to drive
employee retention and satisfaction, and work with your clients to define
staffing needs for your HR staffing colleagues.
- Facilitate the
compensation and benefits programs for the business group to ensure compliance
with overall corporate programs and internal equity.
- Support the Korea
and Japan region.
