Energy Sales Engineer



JOB DESCRIPTION


- Increase profitability and market share by value based selling of energy solutions business in (pls specify).  The major time element of this responsibility is mainly focused on market penetration and development, as well as maintenance of customer relationship, which encompasses the total scope of relavant product and services.

- Achieve the annual sales objective of US$XXX

- Increase product and technology leadership position by developing and recommending new product ideas / application as well as feature improvements to enhance company energy solutions business in the market.

- Strengthen market perception on Ingersoll Rand energy brand by collaborating with territory and regional team on training, technical support, new product/technology introduction, and marketing intelligence program development in assigned territory.

- Industrial relationship development, which keep periodical contact with targeted industrial association & related department(s), building up strategic relationship to contribute on company image enhancement supporting sales and market growth plan on energy solutions business.

 

   

QUALIFICATION

- Required Bachelors Degree

- Knowledge of HVAC

- Hands-on type of person with a sound business and technical understanding on energy business

- Solid industrial knowledge and market understanding, with field sales/business development experience

- Strong interpersonal skills managing customer relationship
