    HR- Temp (6 months)



Job Description



Support general HR issues in Korea (Staffing, C&B, payroll, PMD, training etc..)

Ÿ   Periodically review and update local issue to regional HR (manpower update report etc)

Ÿ   Hiring (getting approval, advertisement, resume screening, interview arrangement, checking reference, getting approval of offer etc)

Ÿ   Termination ( including contract expiration; getting approval of mgmt)

Ÿ   Payroll for employees and payment for consultants (preparing the related info and getting approval including bonus of each BU)

Ÿ   Request of payment to Fin related to HR issues   

Ÿ   Support HR requirement from employees

Ÿ   Coordinate PMD (performance management development) process in Korea

Ÿ   Manage employees’ training records




 

 

   

Qualifications


     

Requirements (previous experience, education , specific experience needed and special requirements):

Education minimum: Bachelor’s degree
Yrs. of Exp:
3 years

 

Must have more than 2 years of payroll experience

Fluency in English with strong communication skills

Strong analytical and planning skills.

Confidential & Strong relationship, good manner & chemistry

Sound ability to multi-task and good learning skill

Good teamwork and service mind, flexibility and adaptability

Computer skill (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
