JOB DESCRIPTION |
-. System and application engineering of Fairchild Power Switch(FPS)
-. Responsible for new product definition-drive product application engineering team and get inputs from markets, customers, technologists and vendors
-. In charge of leading a technical support for the business opportunity and in the field of power supply area
-. Track competitors and develop positioning to attack
-. Responsible for product application, product launch, product marketing
-. Ensure successful campaigns put in place for new product releases
-. Responsible for product sales – provide vision and excite outside sales to identify and close design win
-. Actively participate in sales executive management team including strategy development and deployment
-. Responsible for technical training of AE, FAE

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILL |
-. MS or Ph.D. holder in Electrical Engineering (Power Electronics)
preferred
-. Over 6 years experience as Design/Application of Power electronics area
(Power supply or Power IC semiconductor)
-. Ability to work with all the components of a matrix organization
-. Business acumen, firmness and determination
-. Financially savvy; good command of English skills (Scored above 800 in
TOEIC)
-. Sufficient and proven product application engineering experience
-. Communication skill with the ability to influence decision makers
-. Ability to negotiate and to mediate with internal external interlocutors
-. Proactive, hands-on attitude, strategic approach and project
management skills
-. Willingness to travel occasionally (mostly within Korea, but also to
some degree to China and USA)
