DESCRIPTION
|
- Bxxxxx is seeking a FIELD APPLICATIONS ENGINEER in
Korea to
provide
specialized technical sales support for pre-sales and post
sales design-in
activity that will support the development and
implementation of customer
applications for WiMAX products. The
ideal candidates will be communicating key issues to the technical
program
management team utilizing product technical knowledge as
well as a strong understanding of customer requirements.
Good
English communication skills are required for this role. This is a great

RESPONSIBILITIES
|
- Accomplish design wins at targeted customers.
- Provide front line technical support for all hardware and software
related
issues, with support from technical program management and
development
engineering.
- Provide follow-up support to disseminate technical information on
specific
applications.
- Investigate and analyze customer application problems and work with
technical program management and development engineering teams
to resolve
issues.
- Using product technical knowledge as well as a strong understanding
of the customers requirements, communicate key issues to the
technical
program management team.
- Provide strong customer service while developing an in-depth,
dedicated
relationship with clients.

REQUIREMENT
|
- Experienced in customer service and Field
Application Engineering is
highly desirable.
- Good written and spoken English skills are required.
- Demonstrated ability to make technical product
presentations
required.
- BSEE/MSEE degree or equivalent, plus at least 5
years experience
required.
- Strong background in RF hardware design engineering
required.
- Wireless application software and chipset firmware
and driver
background a plus.
- Must be a permanent resident of Korea and
be fluent in both English
and Korean.
