- Post Sales System Design Support through PC platform testing, schematic review
definition/bring up
- Pre Sales Support during design definition
- Co-ordination of Santa Clara /Taiwan based resources required to
resolve problems experienced by customers
- Opportunity management in co-ordination with the local sales
channel.
- Vacation / Workload sharing with Product Support Teams
- Validation Support to increase product knowledge.
- Definition and creation of Demonstration platforms.
- Creation of support collateral to share with other members of the
team knowledge gained resolving a particular customer problem.
- Customer training
- Major OEM liaison, CPU and chipset or semiconductor vendors

Requiremants
|
- Degree graduate in related discipline
- Relevant experience in System design with CPU, companion chips that
connect PC markets.
- Chip validation
- Previous experience in technical customer support for a
semiconductor vendor
- Software device drivers or OS porting
