Sr. QA Engineer

Requirements

• Senior level engineer with 5 years relevant experience in
  Quality Engineering or Process / Packaging Engineering.
• BS or MS Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from
  reputable university.
• Understanding of Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and Packaging of Semiconductor devices.
• Understanding of modern quality system tools (FMEA, Technical System Audits, Problem Solving Resolutions).
• Must be fluent in English with Korean as primary language.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supplier development and monitoring of Semicon-
  ductor devices: SI Fabs, Assembly, Packaging, Test and PCB boards, Passive devices manufacturing houses in Korea, Taiwan, China, Malaysia, Japan and other APAC countries.
• Perform periodical supplier technical system audits and
  reviews.
• Assist in technology transfer qualification from and to US based sites.
• Job requires more than 50% travel.
