     Global Account Sales

Responsibilities

  • Define account strategy to grow our business
  • Establish and maintain good rapport with assigned Distributor Senior Management Team and operational teams.
  • Responsible to handle assigned accounts in different regions.
  • Execute distribution and account strategy to plan in the account
  • Drive Demand Creation in the accounts
  • Drive demand fulfillment in the account and ensure right inventory level & mix for business growth
  • Establish communication channels internally and externally for the account business success

Requirements

  • BS Degree or above in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 7 years of Sales & Marketing experiences in electronics industry related areas with execution experience of distribution and account strategy
  • Good spoken English, Cantonese and Mandari
  • Strong team player and willing to travel
  • Aggressive, initiative, independent and self-motivated
  • Integrity critical
