Customer Support Engineer



Main Responsibilities



1. System Installation
2. Disgnosing system faults & hardware replacement, supporting, H/W, repair and calibration
3. Supporting System S/W upgrade at customer sites
4. Customer Training
5. Supporting of Customer's testing issues and interfacing HELPDESK
6. Supporting Anlaysis of Customer's test results

 

   

QUALIFICATION


          An experienced, bicultural, ethic Korea with more than 2 years career in protocol testing or developing the handset of GSM/GPRS/EGPRS/3G or LTE technology area or  in using protocol test system of the above technologies.

          Higher priority in recruiting who used Anite system before.

          Skilled in Verbal and written English

          Understanding Mobile air interface signalling protocol is required.

          An experienced of  technical support in Test & Measurement equipments company
