- Actively work with business leaders and employees to provide HR support to the client groups.
- Manage and deliver the recruiting process through various selection methods. Screen applicants and provide hiring recommendations to management.
- Address and investigate employee relations matters, where appropriate provide recommendations.
- Provide coaching , counseling, and conflict resolution to employees and managers
- Educate managers and supervisors in performance management, training, and interpreting company policies and procedures
- Participate in or lead the development and implementation of policies, programs, and processes.
- Initiate and forward all contractual documents to appropriate internal / external resources.
- Plan and conduct new employee orientation for employees.
- Participate in management training rotation.
- Sponsor and coordinate employee events.
