Job description:
- Manage a software team to develop HDD/SSD/ODD product family.
- Work with AE/FAE to support OEM customers for HDD/SSD/ODD controllers.
- Coordinate with teams in different locations.
- Responsible for growth and operations of the team.

QUALIFICATION |
Requirements:
- BSEE/CS or equivalent
- 5 years working experience on HDD/SSD software development.
- Experience with Firmware or FTL would be highly appreciated
- Demonstrable leadership with a proven ability to mentor others.
- Strong organization and communication skills.
- Proven record management skill.
