- 10 years HR experience, HR Manager/Supervisor role is a must;
- Bachelor's Degree Required in Human Resources, business or related field
- Experience in unionized enterprise;
- HR practice in FPD or PCB industry is a plus;
- Familiar with HRIS like Oracle or SAP;
- Good Command of English in both written and speaking
- Successful implementation of HR procedures, practices, and programs
- Background in development and deployment of business initiatives
- Exposure and application of Change Management initiatives
- Advanced knowledge of Korea labor/employment and payroll law. Experience in preparation of all employment documentation
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to build strong working relationships at all levels within an organization
- Process driven
- Detail oriented, logical approach to problem solving
- Strong leadership skills
- Advanced MS Office skills, experience with Workday or other HR Systems.
