FAE (LDO,Driver,SMPS -Automotive)

Responsibilities

• To design In / Win for LDOs, Driver, SMPS and Smart_FETs.
  Work with customer to define optimum system partitioning
  and research new product idea.
• Identify new product design opportunity for automotive
  application and to fulfill customer’s upcoming needs and
  product requirements. FAE will be a technical resource for the
  Business Units to help with the definition of new products.
• To help customers to understand and use existing standards
  products and act as a technical resource for the customer to
  assist the customer with the design of XXX Semiconductor’s
  products.
• Provide training programs to local sales, representative,
  customers and distributors for SMPS related applications
• Promote new product with system approach to major R&D
  organizations and appropriate customers. It requires the FAE
  to become well versed in the operation and characteristics of
  the new products as they are developed.
• Develop demonstration systems for sales promotion and
  prepare seminar materials for conducting seminars for our
  customers.
• Work closely with Disty

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent
  disciplines is required.
• At least 5 years SMPS design experience working in the
  semiconductor and / or electronic components industry.
• Proven success in working as FAE and maintain good relation
  with potential customers.
• Strong technical sales qualities.
• Self-motivated, customer oriented, solid team player,
  well-organized, strong sense of responsibility and possess a
  strong commitment to excellence.
• Good in spoken English
