  Experience

Required

• BS or MS in Electronic Engineering preferred
• More than 5 years experience as design engineering for IC
• Design, process and product engineering background preferred
• Ability to evaluate data with statistical tool for development and failure analysis

      ·   Ability to grow into more senior management

      ·   Sufficient and various experience of power supply system

·   Ability to negotiate and mediate with internal and external customer

• Communication skills in English
• need a digital designer based on analog background
• Sufficient and various experience of HDL(Verilog or VDHL) or FPGA for cording, simulation and verification of Mixed Signal Device
• Fully understanding of Mixed Signal Design flow 
• Cadence tools experience preferred
