Responsibilities

• Set Distribution strategies for market share gain in the region
  with Global Strategy Consistency
• Set Distribution sales and resale plan for the channels
• Lead the Korea Distribution teams to achieve sales goals and
  objectives
• Set up Distribution policy and procedures
• Ensure all the operational processes are well established
• Build Distribution top management relationship
• Organize ON Target, ON top program and Distribution
  incentive program
• Tracking ROI of Distributors
• Actively remove barriers to promote success

Requirements

• Good English Conversion and presentation with Foreigner
• Strong technical and business background in the
  semiconductor industry
• Outstanding leadership skills and strong sense of urgency
